Learn the contact material before choosing

A material description is useful when it identifies the relevant surface and connects to care instructions for the exact product.

Find a specific disclosure

Read what the surface that touches the body is made from, including any coating. Do not assume that the handle, internal parts and contact surface share one material. Natural, velvet-soft or premium describe impressions rather than complete specifications.

Read the construction and manual together

Cleaning depends on the whole object, not just a material name. A motor, seam, coating or charging port can impose limits. Check lubricant and barrier compatibility and do not copy a boiling or disinfection routine from a different item.

Keep checking condition

Inspect for cracks, peeling, surface changes and damaged electrical parts during ownership. A material claim made at purchase does not establish present condition or individual tolerance. Stop for irritation and seek care for symptoms that persist or worry you.

Before you decide

Can I name the relevant surface and explain how this exact construction should be cared for?
